Red Flag #17. You find yourself explaining the basic elements of human respect to a full-grown man/woman. Normal people understand the fundamental concepts of honesty and kindness. No adult should need to be told how they are making other people feel.
Most do the most horrendous of things, make up lies, are disloyal, speak of private things they promised not to because they can't hold to their own words or actually keep their own oaths, and lack true integrity and cannot even apologize properly let alone mean it.
Are we only worthy of attention, admiration or respect if we change our bodies and show the world what we have 'achieved'? I would rather my friends, and the world, pay attention to me, love me and respect me for the person I am and the things I do rather than for the shape or size of my body. The above is not from me, but I agree 100%. Also - I didn't know that it takes 4 weeks for me to notice a difference in my body. xo, Panda
