5:2 Prawn curry, serves 2 (222 cals) 2 tbsp medium or hot curry paste (Patak’s Tikka Masala paste works well) 2 tbsp cold water, 1 red onion, 1 red pepper, 1 whole red chilli, deseeded, 1 tbsp mango chutney, 3 large ripe tomatoes, 150ml half-fat coconut milk, 200g king prawns, 100g baby spinach leaves, coriander and lime juice
