Key West Chicken with Honey, Soy, Garlic & Lime Recipe. I used bone in chicken thighs. Instead of grilling I poured the chicken and marinade into a casserole dish and baked at 425 for 30 minutes until juices run clear and skin is charred.
These are both sweet and tangy, and a versatile twist on the usual chicken wings. They can be served for dinner, and can also be made ahead of time. The wings can also be served on a buffet line, kept warm in a buffet server or in a crock pot.
