Are there any changes to volume/intensity that would be suggested to make up for less frequency? ||| My guess is 3 times a week is about the minimum effective dose of S&S. I would not change anything, but since you will have more time between workouts you may find yourself going heavier more often. But, if the rest of your life is stressful, don’t push it.
