Classic Pecan Pie - this is the recipe I always used in the past off the Karo Syrup bottle. I hadn't made one in years, didn't have any Karo syrup, and googled it. Technology can be great! Plan on making it as one of my desserts for Thanksgiving.

Stretch the dough just a bit before placing in tin. Be careful not to overfill-creates a sticky hard texture making it difficult to remove from the mini muffin cups.
