Army SPC Johnathan B. Chism, 22, of Gonzales, Louisiana. Died January 20, 2007, serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Assigned to 2nd Battalion, 377th Parachute Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Fort Richardson, Alaska. Died of injuries sustained from rocket-propelled grenades and small-arms fire when his patrol was ambushed during combat operations in Karbala Province, Iraq.
Army SGT James M. Dorsey, 23, of Beardstown, Illinois. Died February 8, 2009, serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Assigned to 1st Battalion, 66th Armor Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Died of an unspecified cause in a non-combat related incident in Kamaliyah, Karbala Province, Iraq. A later report indicated SGT Dorsey was found unresponsive by fellow troops and could not be resuscitated. The incident was placed under investigation.

Falter Died January 20, 2007 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom 25, of Cortland, N.Y.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 377th Parachute Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Fort Richardson, Alaska; died Jan. 20 in Karbala, Iraq, from wounds sustained when his patrol was ambushed while conducting dismounted operations.
