30 day shred results... wowit is a dvd that gives you a routine to do with her for about 15 minutes or so a day for 30 days. I did it before summer and it was pretty hard at first but you feel great about the results once you are done. My advice is just stick with it though, she can be hardcore if you are not used to working out.
