JAPANESE DECADENT CHOCOLATE CAKE ~~~ recipe gateway: this post's link = a write up about the bake AND the actual recipe https://cookpad.com/en/recipes/142781-my-secret-chocolate-cake [stephmodo] [cookpad]
Nama Chocolate - Nama is a Japanese chocolate delicacy. "Nama" is Japanese for "raw" or "fresh" - very appropriate considering one of the ingredients is fresh cream, along with good quality chocolate and cocoa powder for dusting. A Japanese friend just gave me my first box - direct from Japan. It's delicious! Soft, smooth and not too sweet - melted in my mouth! It's fresh, and has to be kept in the fridge; it expires in just 3 weeks - better eat it fast! Then make it with this recipe!
