Jamaican Festival bread 1.5 cups plain flour 3 tbsp cornmeal about 1 cup H20 (maybe less, do not add all at once) 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp sugar, less for savory festival/ more if you like them very sweet 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla essence How to make: Create dough & rest 15-20mins, shape, heail oil to 365F & deep fry until golden. Let cool, devour.
