Vintage evening gown My mom worked at the Jamaican Consulate in NYC during the 1960's and this is one of her custom made dresses. It is a floral watercolor chiffon and lined in light blue polyester. The sleeves are blouson shape with cuffs that snap at the wrist. The waist is accented with slight ruching and the skirt has yards and yards of fabric, perfect for twirling on the dance floor.
