Dark chocolate and cherry ripe mud cake filled and covered in dark chocolate ganache, and hydrangea blue fondant. Bottom tier is airbrush-lustered then has a stencilled and piped ivory royal icing damask pattern, middle tier is covered in pure edible silver leaf, and top tier is airbrush-lustered. Cake is topped off with an extra large ivory sugar peony. Cake size was 6/8/10.

This cake was created for a sweet 16 this weekend and included a combination of ivory peonies, quilted blush with piped gold dots, lace applique and large blush ruffle. Colors included light pink and white along with our signature pink velvet cake with vanilla buttercream.
