Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks: this was really pretty good, I steamed and then mashed the cauliflower by hand, it tastes like potatoes and has a slight quiche like quality to it. Halved recipe and used Colby jack cheese and Italian seasoning. I would try this again w/a sharper cheese. Made 3/27/15

Will TOTALLY make this again! Note: we doubled the sauce (for 1 package of noodles); I like my mac n' cheese extra cheesy - if you do, too, double the sauce (and if you don't, double it anyways and then save half for the next package). :) A+
