Photographs taken by serial killer Rodney Alcala. These images were released in 2010 by The Orange County District Attorney’s Office and Huntington Beach Police Department in hopes of the young women being identified. Police believe it is highly likely that some of those pictured above were murdered. There were reportedly another 900 photographs that couldn’t be released due to the sexually explicit content.  Alcala murdered, raped and tortured anywhere between five and a hundred women.
