My husband made this for me as a surprise. It's a canvas of our baby's actual heartbeat the first time we heard it.  Here is how he did it:  I uploaded the recording of the heartbeat to a website called soundviz, and on there once you can make your picture of the sound wave and they will sell it to you for $30 (as a PDF). Then I had the image made into a canvas from a different website, I think there's a bunch of places to do that (places like shutterfly possibly). Hope that is helpful!
