This is the recipe we used this past fall for making our own Spaghetti Sauce. We were able to yield 3 jars, the first two were alright, but not to die for. The third jar, which we used a few months after canning, was FABULOUS. It had the perfect amount of spice, though it was still runnier than something like Prego. Wish we had more of it! Unsure if the flavor was great from settling for a few months, or if it happened to be from the top/bottom of the pot when making it.
