This is an awesome curry for those who like their curries very hot indeed. Its from Pat Chapmans excellent Curry Club recipe book and is one of my favourites. Serve it with plain or pullao rice (and with a yoghurt raita, in case it is too hot!
Normally onion, tomato masala is the base for most of all Indian curries. The quantity of onion is always dominant or same as that of tomato. But here as its name implies tomato is the main ingredient in the gravy of chicken.
