Hue was once Vietnam’s capital and the seat of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. Rich in history and monuments, the city itself is a work in progress with little choice of restaurants and hotels. While I didn’t fall in love with the city, I was impressed by the sights it had to offer. As the former home to the last emperor of Vietnam, there are plenty worth seeing.
