Recipe for hot, cinnamon vanilla tea. Fill one small pot with water and boil. Turn heat to low/medium-low. Mix in a tablespoon of ground cinnamon (saigon), a few drops of vanilla extract and sugar to taste. Put in 3 tea bags and let steep for 10-15 min. Stir often.
