Hot Chocolate Cone 3/4 cup cocoa mix 2 (6- by 12-inch) cone-shaped cellophane bags (at party stores) 2 clear rubber bands Scissors 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 3/4 cup mini marshmallows 1 large red gumdrop Pour cocoa mix into bag. Close bag with clear rubber band, then trim end of bag 1 inch above band. Put cocoa-filled bag into a second bag, flatten its top so end doesn't stick up. Layer chocolate chips and marshmallows, top with gumdrop. Secure bag with other rubber band.
