Homemade Cheese-Its- going to try this one again. Didn't turn out the last time I tried, but my kids love cheese-it's, and I'd feel much better sending them for school snack if they were at least homemade!
Low carb "Cheez-Its". Cut each Ultra Thin Sargento Sharp Cheddar Cheese slice into quarters, place on PARCHMENT paper, NOT waxed paper. As noted in picture, bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
