Home Made Carmel Sauce | 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup whipping cream. Melt over medium heat until light boil. Remove from heat, add 1 tsp vanilla. So good over bread pudding, ice cream or just out of the dish!
