Salmon Patties! So, I made these with 1 large can of red salmon, 1/2 cup of fat free ricotta cheese, 3/4 a cup of oats, 2 egg whites, cilantro, dill, garlic salt, cayenne pepper (for a kick!) and pepper. Mixed all the ingrediants together, shaped mixture into patties, sprayed a pan with oil, cooked them on the stove until brown, and voila!
Serve these burgers on a bed of greens with healthy salad toppings and drizzled with olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice and a dollop of mashed avocado or Avocado Garlic Sauce.
