Baked Peaches! No sugar! Each ramekin has 1/2 peach, 1 Tbs rolled oats, 1Tbs vanilla whey protein powder mixed with a dash of cinnamon. 1 Tbs water. Bake ramekins @ 375 for 30-45 minutes, depending on desired texture of peach. Dollop with fresh whipped cream sweetened with a bit of stevia. Tastes like a peach pie with ice cream; but not sinful!
