Nelle Harper Lee (born April her 1960 Pulitzer-Prize-winning novel 'To Kill a Mockingbird,' deals with the issues of racism that were observed by the author as a child in her hometown of Monroeville, Alabama.

Talk about a child's view on racism! Great book about the injustice in the world. Loved it when I read it the first time and the second time. Maybe I'll read this to my kids when they get to an age where they could understand.
