Gluten Free, Coconut Flour Hamburger Bun. Rating=***. Quite tasty but not very big. Works to double, triple, etc. Thin and not the traditional bun but better than a lot of store-bought buns. Kinda on the dry side.
Chow Mein Hotdish ~Ingredients~ -1 lb Hamburger -1 Can Cream of Mushroom -1 Can Cream of Chicken -2 tbls Soy Sauce -1.5 cups water -1.5 cups of Minute Maid Rice -Celery (optional) -Bag of Chow Mein noodles Cook: Brown hamburger. In separate dish, mix Can of Mushroom, Can of Chicken, rice, water and soy sauce until mixed evenly. add hamburger. Place dish in overn for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. After 30 min. add Chow mein egg noodles. Bake for another 10 minutes.
