Six Great Guacamoles

Do you love guacamole as much as I do?

Guaca Mole ~ oh. my. word. If you haven't tried this Louisville restaurant, you need to soon. Our absolute favorite is to share a guacamole appetizer (the sampler, or one of the three) and then share the Pork Carnitas. It's more than enough for two. The dish is so flavorful and the corn tortillas are amazing.

Green Chili Wontons: Bristol. The Bristol has been a Louisville original since 1977, the green chili wontons a beloved local favorite. Crispy wonton skins are stuffed with oozy Monterey Jack cheese and slightly spicy chilis, with the house-made guacamole served alongside acting as a welcome and tasty cooling agent.
