Dinner last night...excellent recipe. I used 1/4 cup of stone-ground mustard with horseradish, instead of prepared horseradish and mustard separately. I also squeezed about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and added some pepper, rather than using lemon-pepper seasoning. Excellent!
