Brewing with a Coffee Press is easy. Start by adding 2 tbsp of coarsely ground coffee per 6 oz of water. Pour water just off the boil over the grounds in a swirling motion, allowing them to “bloom” (bubble). After about 4 minutes, slowly press down the plunger. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
Chai Coffee - mix 1 C ground coffee with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cardamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp ginger. Mix well and brew! Delicious. What a way to start off a chilly morning ! If this is too strong just make the mix put in a mason jar and use whatever amount you would normally use for your coffee
