Grilled Lemon Garlic Zucchini - this was very tasty! A couple changes… I think it needed more of that italian seasoning, 1tsp just didn't seem like enough. I would also make sure the zucchini is room temp (ours was in the fridge) cause the butter hardened on them instead of nicely coating them. Otherwise the flavour was nice and subtle. Loved the lemon juice (used about 3/4 of the juice from a lemon instead of the whole thing which was perfect) Will make again with a few adjustments! :)
Balsamic Grilled Zucchini - I did generally the same recipe. I coated them in a balsamic garlic dipping oil. I've had it in my cabinet for a long time since I'm trying to eat less carbs, so I figured I'd put it to good use. It was pretty good.
