Greek Saganaki - Fried Cheese Appetizer. Use Kasseri cheese and use some butter with olive oil. Also use ouzo (Use Greek Alcohol) to flame cheese and then squeeze lemon after flame is out and alcohol burns off. Recipe can also use brandy but Ouzo tastes better and typical for Greek restaurants. Great with fresh Greek crusty bread, try this and you won't want to share.
