Alternative (much tastier & healthier) high protein, low carb - gluten, dairy and sugar free alternative to pancake recipe.I found this recipe online for them: 1 cup gram flour, half cup warm water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt. Mix flour and salt before adding oil and water. 1st recipe said to shape the mix into 4 dough balls, 2nd recipe said it should be like thin pancake batter. I went for the latter. A lot less hassle.
