2012 Graduation Cupcakes. Cut foam boards into any shape to create cupcake stands. Use foam scraps in a criss cross pattern for the support underneath. Maybe on a little bit of a smaller scale... unless you have an army to feed. :)
Bottom tier is a 7 choc/orange cake with dark choc ganache, top tier is a 5 white chocolate with raspberries and white choc ganache, all covered in fondant. The navy blue colour was made using equal parts of royal blue and violet, with a drop of black.
