I always make it a point to exercise for a half hour and eat very clean for three days after overeating because I know if I do that then I'll wake up at my original weight by the fourth day. You will be fine and you will not continue to gain weight. Don't kill yourself over a few insignificant pounds of water weight that you can lose in less than a week. Eating five slices…
