What a great recipe! I made my own flour mix and included flax and almond meal. I added 1/2 C more of the liquid to accomodate the flax meal soaking it up. Added 1 C of raisins. Turned out to be a delicious, moist bread. I skipped the sugar too. Definitely better toasted though. Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread: King Arthur Flour
