Ginger - Lemon - Honey TEA ------- with some other things to add to help. ----- I use the 'alternate method' mentioned in the article, of simmering the ginger. I make VERY large batches and keep the ginger-lemon-honey mixture in the fridge. (MY recipe is in my other Pin in this album)
Caregivers: Plantar Fasciitis - a painful inflammatory process of the plantar fascia, the connective tissue on the sole (bottom surface) of the foot. I had pain in my sole and eventually the top of my big toe started to go numb. I had tried exercises, special support devices for my feet/shoes and expensive shoes. Then I was told to reduce the inflammation; take ginger root tablets. It has helped me tremendously. I have no more need for daily pain relievers, the numbness and pain are gone.
