Traditional Butterscotch Fudge

Homemade Butterscotch Fudge. This is an easy recipe, the only downfall is sitting and waiting for 2 hours for the fudge to set. It's murder. I can remember my mom making this recipe when I was a kid 40 some years ago off of the back of a carnation evaporated milk can. Butterscotch is one of my favorite sweets. This is an easy reipe with no candy thermometer or double boiler needed. I leave the nuts out.
