HOW TO FREEZE CANTALOUPE - The faster it freezes is better. Slice and cut in small pieces, lay out on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then bag and store up to 3 months. Tends to be mushy, depending on the freezing process. If mushy use for smoothies and other drinks, sorbet etc. Good info on this site.
