Mini-meals are a great idea for today's busy lifestyles. When I was doing this regularly, I simply repackaged everything into ziplock bags or small containers so that I had a tote of 100 or so calorie items. At "meal times" I simply took 2 or 3 out. I took a bag to school for the week on Monday having prepared it over the weekend.
