This is almost too easy. Fill a Ziploc® bag with Greek yogurt, snip one corner, dot along a baking sheet and freeze. Love these as a healthy snack option when you’re craving something sweet. Store a bunch in the freezer to help keep your healthy eating resolutions on track.
Frozen Yogurt Dots (so easy). Just put your favorite flavor of yogurt in plastic bag, cut corner and squeeze out the dots. Freeze for 1 hour. These would be an great after school snack for busy teachers!
Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Drops: 3/4 c Greek yogurt, 1/4 c peanut butter, 2 t sweetener, 1 t vanilla, 1/4 t cinnamon, pinch of salt... Blend ingredients in food precessor or blender, transfer to piping (or ziploc) bag fitted w/ star tip, pipe onto wax paper lined baking sheets and freeze at least 30 min before transferring to ziploc bags, store in freezer
