Freedom Trail Begins at Boston Common, Boston, Massachusetts - The 2.5 mile Freedom Trail connects 16 historical colonial and revolutionary-era sites by red sidewalk bricks.- Someday I will get to see this.
As a guy who is on the road quite often, I love being outdoors with nature and sometimes I like to combine that with urban life. Boston does that and has a walking trail known as the ‘Freedom Trail’ which is a walk through the heart of the city and into Charlestown in the north and along the way I got to see all the historical sites and learnt a great day about the city. The trail is a 2.5 miles (4km) in length and can be done by everybody. I fell in love with Boston straight away
Most visitors to Boston might roam around the Freedom Trail for an afternoon, or take a saunter around the Common and the Public Garden. But if you’d like to go in a different direction, we’ve got some under-the-radar walks to offer. After all, this is America’s most pedestrian-friendly city, and these secret stretches will make you see it like never before.
