FORT WALTON BEACH — The goat caught running down the road on Miracle Strip Parkway was headed for a religious sacrifice. Because the owner didn't want to pay a $95 impoundment fee to the animal shelter, the goat will now go to a farm "where she can live out her happy, little goat life." (September 2016)
