Fix foggy headlights with homemade stuff. Toothpaste, windex, and a sock.. Spray windex on light (be generous) and then put toothpaste on sock (you will need about a tablespoon for the job) and rub in and keep spraying with windex as you rub in the toothpaste. To remove take a clean rag. And boom..clean headlights.
