1/4 cup flaxseed meal ( I use Bob's Red Mill Golden Flax Seed Meal) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 - 2 packets Splenda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 egg 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted Gingerbread muffin in a mug(about 1 minute in microwave)
