low carb flax seed muffin 1/4 cup flax seed meal 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp stevia powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 egg 1 tsp oil Mix in mug, Microwave for one minute on high. Let cool If using berries, microwave for 1.5 minutes.
