My Fitness Pal: All smart phones;  This is a great way to calculate your total calories each day.  The app also calculates how many colories you should consume each day based on how much weight you want to lose in whatever given time you select.  I've used several calorie counter apps and this one seems to be the easiest and most accurate.  The Android version let's you scan the barcode of certain foods and you can get immediate nutritional facts instead of searching for your item.
