"The leaves are falling, falling as if from far up, as if orchards are dying high in space. Each leaf falls as if it were motioning 'no.' And tonight the heavy earth is falling away from all the other stars in the loneliness. And yet there is Someone, whose hands, infinitely calm, hold up all the falling." Rainer Maria Rilke

| Season of Fall | "As autumn dies in many colours leaves begin to fall from trees to be caught by a prevailing breeze and dance in the wind, twisting and turning, pirouetting before touching the ground waiting for the next gust to lift them to dance again." ~David Harris

Falling leaves. When I'd go on walks with my dad, he always wanted to play the game of who could catch the most falling leaves. He always won; I was lucky to catch just one. (He still plays it by himself sometimes).
