Black and white is classic. It's a simple yet bold statement that can be really be used in any room. In this kitchen, I think the stark white cabinets is offset perfectly by the black oven. The amazing distressed white brick backsplash continues the feeling of old world charm. I love the open shelves one either side of the stove. If I were to change up one things, I would rather have wide oak floors rather than black tile on the floor to echo the wooden shelves on either side of the oven.
