In a 30 minute video, Jamie Oliver demonstrates three recipes, with the aid of Gennaro of course. The first recipe is for fritters, I’m sure kids would love them. Next is a salad with big dollops of roasted squash. I do like Jamie’s choice of flavour combinations. Lastly, a version of hummus that again uses a roasted squash but with some alternative ingredients that you’re more likely to have around the kitchen. Yeah, not everyone has tahini sauce sitting in their cupboards.
