10 inch plate from the "Belzoni" series made by Enoch Wood & Sons (1818-1846). It is part of a series that shows a different scene on almost every size and shape. The pattern owes its name to Giovanni Battista Belzoni (1778-1823), an Italian adventurer and entertainer who settled in England.
Râmîêl is a fallen Watcher in the apocryphal Book of Enoch, one of 20 leaders, mentioned sixth. His name means "thunder of God" from the Hebrew elements ra'am and El, "God". Râmîêl is also the name of an angel, and is described as "one of the holy angels whom God has set over those who rise" from the dead, in effect the angel that watches over those that are to resurrect.
