Boston Market Meatloaf by Todd Wilbur

Boston Market Meatloaf: Mix 1 1/2 lb. lean ground Chuck, 1/2 Cup minced onions, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 3/4 C. drained diced tomatoes, 3/4 C. bread crumbs, & 1 egg till well blended. Bake @ 350 in greased pan for 45 min. Mix 3/4 cup tomato sauce & 2 T sugar, pour on meatloaf, bake 30 min til done. gm

Honey Barbecue Meatloaf- ohhhhhhhhh sooooooo good! Just made this in a glass pie plate for 25 minutes at 400 so we could eat faster. Super juicy- the glaze seeps all the way through
