Pseudo-Recovery. So getting right to it. For today’s post, I wanted to talk about pseudo-recovery. I think that this is one stage of recovery that I was stuck in for a few years after my eating disorder. It’s pretty easy to declare yourself recovered after you’ve been weight restored and the thought of chocolate cake doesn’t send you screaming from the room.
